Our Story
Our founder Calvin Matthews, with over 30 years in the fashion industry, began his journey as an apprentice tailor. With experience gained in the U.S., U.K., Italy, and France, he decided to create AYLIFER. He opened his studio in New York, at Palladium 140 E 14th St, where he emphasized meticulous attention to detail, particularly in tailoring and knitting techniques. His years of expertise have shaped every garment we create—bringing together comfort, style, and durability.
